Auf der von außen nicht einsehbaren Terrasse mit Gartenhaus kann man herrlich entspannen und seine Freizeit in Ruhe genießen. Das Haus bietet großen Gruppen mit seinem offenen Kamin im Wohnzimmer, dem Balkon und dem separaten Aufenthaltsraum einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe des Hauses zum Waldrand eignet sich das Gruppenhaus als Ausgangspunkt für viele interessante Wanderungen. Wanderfreunde und Naturliebhaber erleben hier auf einem gut beschilderten Wanderwegenetz im Nationalpark Harz eine unberührte Natur, grüne Wiesen und duftende Wälder. Aber auch Ausflüge in die nahe Umgebung bieten sich an: Kurorte Bad Harzburg und Bad Sachsa, Baumwipfelpfad, Einhornhöhle, Sole-Therme und vieles mehr. Achtung: Der Eigentümer wünscht keine reinen Partygäste wie z.B. Junggesellenabschiede in diesem Haus, bitte akzeptieren Sie, dass bei einem Verstoß gegen diese Regelung das Mietverhältnis ohne die Erstattung bereits geleisteter Zahlungen sofort beendet werden kann.
