Das Grundstück der Finca ist umzäunt und es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn nebenan. 100 m2 ländlicher Gemütlichkeit erwartet Sie im Inneren des einstöckigen Hauses. Möbel im Landhausstil und Deckenbalken aus Holz vermischt mit einem Farbtupfer hier und da lassen Wohnträume wahr werden. Das kleine aber feine Wohnzimmer mit Terrassentür hat einen Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang (nur deutsche Sender). Der Essbereich wartet mit einem urigen Holzofen auf, so kann man zusammen bei einem knisternden Feuer essen. Die Küche ist mit einer Grundausstattung wie Gasherd, Gasofen, Mikrowelle etc. ausgestattet. Auch eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett sind vorhanden.
