Renoviertes Appartement im ersten Stock eines Bauernhauses mit sonniger Terrasse mit Blick auf den Gemeinschaftspool und die umliegenden Wiesen, Weinberge und Hügel. Erwarten Sie bei dieser Wohnung keinen Luxus, sondern einen wunderschönen Platz in der sonnigen Ardèche für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das kürzlich restaurierte Appartement befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Bauernhauses. Sie betreten das Haus durch den Hof, über eine Treppe mit ein paar Steinstufen. Der Eingang des Hauses befindet sich rechts und der Eingang der Eigentümer etwas höher auf der linken Seite. Über ein paar Stufen gelangt man in das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke, Esstisch und offener Küche. Auf der Seite befindet sich eine sonnige Außenterrasse (privat) mit Blick auf die Umgebung und den Gemeinschaftspool (in Absprache mit den Hausbesitzern können Sie ihn zu bestimmten Zeiten auch privat nutzen). Die freundlichen Besitzer wohnen im angrenzenden Teil des Bauernhofes. Von der Terrasse aus blicken Sie jedoch ausschließlich auf die Rückseite, wo sich auch der Pool befindet, und bietet Ihnen viel Privatsphäre. Der Bauernhof, der auch heute noch mit nachhaltiger und biologischer Viehzucht und Weinwirtschaft betrieben wird, ist von grünen Feldern umgeben, auf denen man in aller Ruhe Kühe beobachten kann, die in der Sonne grasen, und Ziegen, die herum hüpfen. Vor Ort können Sie lokale Produkte und Bio-Kalbfleisch kaufen, aber auch einen köstlichen hausgemachten Ziegenkäse oder den Wein vom Bauernhof. Auch für touristische Ausflüge sind Sie hier nicht verkehrt, denn der Hof liegt zentral und nur wenige Autominuten von vielen Attraktionen der Ardeche entfernt, wie dem charmanten Dorf Mirabel, dem mittelalterlichen Städtchen Vogüé, dem Fluss Ardeche und der berühmten Höhle "Chauvet-Pont-D'Arc" (von der UNESCO als einzigartig in der Welt anerkannt), die seit 2014 auf der Liste des Weltkulturerbes steht.

Deze optie is ideaal voor gezinnen. Begin de ochtend met een gezonde wandeling door het centrum dat ongeveer 3 km van de accommodatie vandaan ligt.
