Your holiday home, located next door, has been tastefully renovated by the French owners, who have divided the land in two, to give you all the privacy you need during your holidays. The accommodation can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children maximum (bunk beds not suitable for adults). The Mayenne river is about 8km from the house where you can swim. The city of Angers is quickly accessible, but also Nantes, Le Mans and Rennes. Mont Saint-Michel, Le Puy du Fou or even Saint-Malo are particularly attractive for a day trip. If you prefer to stay in the area, you can take beautiful walks in the immediate surroundings. You enter the estate through your own driveway. In your private garden you find many places to enjoy nature and silence in the sun. Opposite the single storey house is an old unused barn. Through a small entrance you access the corridor where the three bedrooms and the bathrooms are located. Then you come into the modern kitchen and living room.

La Juquaise ist ein riesiges Anwesen im Herzen der Loire-Region. Das Hauptgebäude ist ein imposanter Bau aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Ihr an der Seite befindliches Ferienhaus ist von den französischen Eigentümern mit viel Geschmack renoviert worden. Diese haben das Grundstück in zwei Hälften aufgeteilt, so dass Sie während Ihres Urlaubs die notwendige Privatsphäre haben. Die Unterkunft ist für maximal 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder geeignet (die Etagenbetten eignen sich nicht für Erwachsene) Sie gelangen über Ihre eigene Auffahrt auf das Gelände. In Ihrem privaten Garten finden sich viele Plätze, an denen Sie die Sonne in der Natur und in Stille genießen können. Gegenüber dem ebenerdigen Haus befindet sich eine alte, ungenutzte Scheune. Über einen kleinen Eingang betreten Sie den Korridor, wo sich die drei Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer befinden. Dann gelangen Sie in die moderne Küche und das Wohnzimmer. In dem nur ungefähr 8 km vom Haus gelegenen Fluss La Mayenne können Sie baden. Die Stadt Angers sowie auch Nantes, Le Mans et Rennes sind schnell zu erreichen. Mont Saint-Michel, Puy du Fou und selbst Saint-Malo eignen sich besonders gut für einen Tagesausflug. Wenn Sie allerdings lieber vor Ort bleiben möchten, dann können Sie hier wunderbare Spaziergänge in der unmittelbaren Umgebung unternehmen.

Su casa de vacaciones, situada al lado, ha sido reformada con buen gusto por los propietarios franceses, que han dividido el terreno en dos, para ofrecerle toda la privacidad que necesita durante sus vacaciones. El alojamiento tiene capacidad para 6 adultos y 2 niños como máximo (literas no aptas para adultos). El río Mayenne está a unos 8 km de la casa donde se puede nadar. La ciudad de Angers es rápidamente accesible, pero también Nantes, Le Mans y Rennes. Mont Saint-Michel, Le Puy du Fou o incluso Saint-Malo son particularmente atractivos para una excursión de un día. Si prefieres quedarte en la zona, puedes dar bonitos paseos por los alrededores inmediatos. Entras en la finca a través de tu propio camino de entrada. En su jardín privado encontrará muchos lugares para disfrutar de la naturaleza y el silencio bajo el sol. Frente a la casa de una sola planta hay un antiguo granero sin usar. A través de una pequeña entrada se accede al pasillo donde se encuentran los tres dormitorios y los baños. Luego entras en la moderna cocina y sala de estar.

Votre maison de vacance, située à côté, a été rénovée avec goût par les propriétaires français, qui ont divisé le terrain en deux, pour vous laisser toute l'intimité nécessaire durant vos vacances. Le logement peut accueillir 6 adultes et 2 enfants maximum ( lits superposés non adaptés aux adultes). Vous vous engagez dans le domaine par votre propre allée. Dans votre jardin privé, vous trouvez de nombreux endroits pour profiter au soleil de la nature et du silence. En face de la maison de plain-pied se trouve une ancienne grange inutilisée. Par une petite entrée vous accédez au couloir où se trouvent les trois chambres et les salles de bains. Ensuite, vous arrivez dans la cuisine moderne et le salon. La rivière La Mayenne se situe à environ 8km de la maison où vous pouvez vous baigner. La ville d'Angers est rapidement accessible, mais aussi Nantes, Le Mans et Rennes. Le Mont Saint-Michel, Le Puy du Fou ou même Saint-Malo sont particulièrement attrayants pour une excursion d'une journée. Si vous préférez rester dans le secteur, vous pourrez faire de belles promenades dans les environs immédiats.
