Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine gemeinschaftliche Terrasse, ein idealer Ort, um sich zu sonnen, ein Buch zu lesen oder gemütlich bis spät zu reden, und dabei ein leckeres Glas Wein von den lokalen Weinbergen zu trinken. Wenn Sie nicht zum Strand gehen möchten, können Sie den Pool eines Bed & Breakfast in der Nähe für eine geringe Gebühr nutzen. Dieser Pool hat eine herrliche Aussicht auf die grünen Hügel und das Meer. Saludecio ist ein Dorf in den Hügeln von Romagna, wo die Zeit stillzustehen scheint. Das Haus liegt in kurzer Entfernung zu Mondaino und Montegridolfo, zwei kleine Dörfern, genau wie Saludecio mit einer Altstadt, aber doch wieder ganz anders.

Al piano terra c'è una terrazza comune, un luogo ideale per prendere il sole, leggere un libro o mangiare e socializzare fino a tardi gustando un buon bicchiere di vino dai vigneti locali. Se non avete voglia di andare al mare, potete utilizzare la piscina di un Bed & Breakfast vicino pagando un piccolo supplemento. Questa piscina ha una magnifica vista sulle verdi colline e sul mare.
