Residence Platier d'Oye has two different types of apartments. There is a 4-pers. apartment (FR-62215-01). This modern and practically furnished apartment is located on the ground floor or first floor. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping corner with a bunk bed. With this apartment you do not have your own outdoor space. However, you can use the common outdoor space around the residence. There also is a 6-person apartment (FR-62215-02). This apartment is also modernly furnished. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds. The apartments are on the first floor and have their own roof terrace with garden furniture. Both types are fully furnished and have a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and kettle. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The beds (except for the bunk beds) are single box-spring beds setup for two people. You can park at the central parking lot. There is space for one car per apartment.

Diese modern und praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss oder im 1. Stock. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und eine Schlafecke mit einem Etagenbett. Bei dieser Ferienwohnung verfügen Sie nicht über einen eigenen Außenbereich. Sie können aber den gemeinschaftlichen Außenbereich rund um die Residenz nutzen. Es gibt auch eine Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen (FR-62215-02). Auch diese Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, von denen eines mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Etagenbetten ausgestattet ist. Die Ferienwohnungen liegen in der ersten Etage und verfügen über eine eigene Dachterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Beide Typen sind vollständig eingerichtet und verfügen über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Es ist ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette vorhanden. Bei den Betten (außer den Etagenbetten) handelt es sich um Boxspringbetten für eine Person, die als Doppelbett zusammenstehen. Sie können auf dem zentralen Parkplatz parken. Pro Ferienwohnung gibt es Platz für ein Auto.
