Bonito apartamento en una zona bonita y tranquila entre las conocidas estaciones de deportes de invierno de Wagrain y Flachau. El apartamento es adecuado para una familia con dos niños o dos parejas que quieran pasar las vacaciones juntos y valoren su privacidad. Wagrain es un pueblo popular y conocido, tanto en verano como en invierno. La zona de esquí está conectada con Flachau por un lado y con Alpendorf St. Johann por el otro. L'appartamento è adatto per una famiglia con due bambini o due coppie che vogliono trascorrere la vacanza insieme e mantenre la propria privacy. Wagrain è un villaggio popolare e rinomato, sia in estate che in inverno. Il comprensorio sciistico è collegato con quello di Flachau da un lato e ad Alpendorf St. Johann dall'altro. Lo skilift più vicino si trova propio davanti all'appartamento, dall'altra parte della strada. Lo skilift vi portera direttamente al comprensorio sciistico di Flachau. L'appartamento è situato al 1° piano. Il soggiorno/camera da letto è dotato di una cucina aperta e un salotto. Attraverso un corridoio e vano scala che condividi con il proprietario, che abita nella casa, si raggiunge la camera da letto nel seminterrato. Questa camera è dotata di un bagno privato ed di TV.
