La Selva ist Teil einer alleinstehenden Villa, die von den Besitzern Cristina und Paolo bewohnt wird. Es handelt sich um ein sehr gemütliches Häuschen auf 2 Etagen für 2 Erwachsene; ein eigenes, kleines Nest. Zur Verfügung steht ein großer eingezäunter Garten mit schattigem Essbereich und einem Grill, sowie einem Pool, der gemeinsam mit den Besitzern genutzt werden kann. Im Frühling und Sommer ist der Garten ein wahrer Triumph der Farben und berauschenden Düften von Jasmin, Rosen, Ginster und Linden. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und gleitet 360° über die grünen Hügel des Chianti . Obwohl sie sich auf dem Land befinden, ist unser Standort perfekt um Florenz (11 km), Pisa (100 km) oder durch Chianti nach Siena (60 km) zu besuchen. Auf der via Chiantigiana (der Chianti-Strasse) befinden wir uns im Herzen des Chianti Classico, wo es viele Winzerbetriebe gibt, die Weindegustationen anbieten. In Greve in Chianti wird jeden Samstag einen Markt abgehalten, der aufgrund seiner Varietät bei Touristen sehr beliebt ist. Auch in San Casciano gibt es jeden Montag und in Tavarnuzze jeden Mittwoch einen Wochenmarkt. Für Golfliebhaber ist der älteste Golfplatz von Florenz "L'Ugolino", in 11 km Entfernung, sehr nah gelegen.
La Selva fait partie de la villa indépendante habitée par les propriétaires présents, Cristina et Paolo. Il s'agit d'une maisonnette très confortable sur 2 étages pour 2 adultes, un vrai cocon. Elle dispose d'un jardin largement clôturé, son coin repas "al fresco" avec un barbecue et une piscine à partager avec les propriétaires. Le jardin est une réelle explosion de couleurs et de parfums de jasmin, rose, genévrier et de tilleul au printemps et en début d’été. Elle offre une vue magnifique de 360° sur les vertes collines du Chianti. Bien que nous soyons à la campagne, notre emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à Florence (11 km), Pise (100 km) et même jusqu'à Sienne dans le Chianti (60 km). Nous sommes au cœur du Chianti Classico où vous pourrez vous abandonner aux dégustations de vins dans les caves de la route du Chianti. Le samedi vous pourrez vous rendre au marché de Greve in Chianti très fréquenté par les touristes en raison de la variété des produits offerts. Il y a aussi un marché à San Casciano le lundi et à Tavarnuzze le mercredi. Pour ceux qui aiment le golf, le plus ancien club de Florence "Ugolino" est très proche, à 11 km.
La Selva è parte della villa indipendente abitata dai proprietari Cristina e Paolo che sono presenti, molto disponibili, a volte offrono anche una cena, con tutti i prodotti Toscani. Hanno la passione del ricevere che da un più al vostro soggiorno considerato dai clienti un piccolo paradiso. E' una casetta molto accogliente a 2 piani per 2 adulti, un nido proprio. Ha a disposizione una parte ampia di giardino recintato, con zona pranzo "al fresco" con un barbecue, e la piscina è in uso comune con i proprietari. Il giardino in primavera, inizio estate e' un trionfo di colori e profumi inebrianti di gelsomino, rose, ginestra, tiglio. La vista è molto bella, spazia sul verde delle colline del Chianti per 360°. Pur essendo in campagna, la nostra location è ottimale per andare a Firenze (11 km) Pisa (100 km) oppure in Chianti fino a Siena (60 km). Percorrendo la via Chiantigiana, siamo nel cuore del Chianti Classico e le aziende vinicole offrono winetasting. A Greve in Chianti si tiene un mercato il sabato, molto frequentato dai turisti per la varietà della merce offerta. Anche a San Casciano c'è mercato il lunedì e a Tavarnuzze il mercoledì. Per chi ama il golf, il circolo più antico di Firenze "L'Ugolino" e' molto vicino, a 11 km. 1 cane è ammesso di taglia piccola e di buon carattere.

Het heeft een gezellige woonkamer, een open keuken, een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een badkamer. Daarmee is de woning ideaal voor een stel. De woning is perfect voor uitstapjes naar Florence (11 km), Pisa (100 km) en Siena (60 km). Op zaterdag kun je naar de markt Greve in Chianti, die erg populair is bij toeristen. Er is ook een markt in San Casciano op maandag en in Tavarnuzze op woensdag. Voor degenen die van golf houden, is de oudste club van Florence, Ugolino, op 11 km afstand. Het huis heeft een grotendeels omheinde tuin, een barbecue en een zwembad dat gedeeld wordt met de eigenaren. De tuin is een explosie van kleuren en geuren, zoals jasmijn, roos, jeneverbes en linde.
