Vous vous trouvez ici à quelques kilomètres seulement de la frontière néerlandaise et au cœur d'une très belle campagne aux vastes collines bordées de vergers. Le logement (plain-pied) est composé d'une vaste pièce de vie baignée de lumière. Elle comprend une cuisine équipée de matériel haut de gamme, du mobilier dessiné par des artisans locaux, le tout dans une ambiance "loft" qui rappelle le style new-yorkais ou parisien. La chambre est dotée de sa salle de bains privée avec une large douche à l'italienne en pierre, matelas et linge de maison haut de gamme (peignoirs inclus). La maison est composée de ce logement et d'un deuxième, attenant. Les deux logements sont complètement indépendants et insonorisés. Le jardin est divisé en deux partie pour que chaque logement ait son propre espace privé. La campagne environnante est magnifique et vous pourrez y faire de belles promenades. Ne manquez pas de découvrir le village d'Aubel, de parcourir à vélo la "ligne 38", de passer une journée à Maastricht (à 20 km) ou à Aix-la-Chapelle (à 30 km).

Dat maakt de woning vooral perfect voor een stel dat samen op vakantie wil. Je kunt mooie wandelingen maken in het omliggende platteland. Vergeet niet het dorp Aubel te bezoeken, 'lijn 38' te fietsen en een dag door te brengen in Maastricht (20 km) of Aken (30 km). Het huis bestaat uit deze accommodatie en een aangrenzende woning. Beide woningen zijn volledig gescheiden en geluiddicht. De tuin in gesplitst in 2 delen, zodat iedere accommodatie een eigen ruimte heeft.
