Die Doppelhaushälften verfügen über jeweils zwei Bäder mit Grundflächen von ca. 7 m² bzw. 3 m². In beiden Bädern ist eine Duschmöglichkeit vorhanden. Im größeren Bad ist die Dusche barrierefrei. Ebenfalls sind eine Sauna und eine Waschmaschine im größeren Bad vorhanden.
