Diese charaktervolle, wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung hat einen riesige Naturgarten und eine weite Aussicht über das Tal und den kleinen Fluss Céou, der in die Dordogne mündet. Der große Naturgarten (ca. 3,4 ha) besteht in der Hauptsache aus Eichen, Kiefern und Wacholdersträuchern. Im Frühjahr blühen hier reichlich die Orchideen. Rund um die Wohnung liegt eine Terrasse, auf der Sie sowohl die Sonne, als auch den Schatten genießen können. Und selbstverständlich ist auch ein Grill vorhanden. Sowohl im Fluss ungefähr 1,4 km entfernt, als auch in der Dordogne können Sie wunderbar schwimmen oder Kanu fahren. Ferner sind Bouzic 1,5 km, Daglan 5 km und das mittelalterliche Städtchen Sarlat ca. 25 km entfernt. Diese Stadt hat eine sehr reizvolle Altstadt mit schönen, ockerfarbenen Häusern, schönen Plätzen, engen Gassen Treppenstraßen und einigen sehr geschäftigen Märkten. In den 70er Jahren wurde das sehr alte Stadtzentrum gründlich restauriert. Seitdem kann Sarlat sich über eine stattliche Anzahl von Besuchern freuen.
Ce logement caractéristique et superbement aménagé possède un grand jardin naturel et une vue dégagée sur la vallée et la rivière le Céou qui se jette dans la Dordogne. Le grand jardin naturel (env. 3,4 ha) comprend principalement des chênes, des pins et des genévriers. Au printemps, d'innombrables orchidées fleurissent. Autour de l'habitation se trouve une vaste terrasse, où vous pourrez profiter tant du soleil que de l'ombre. Bien entendu, un barbecue vous y attend. Que ce soit dans la rivière à environ 1,4 km ou dans la Dordogne, vous pourrez y nager et faire du canoë. Vous êtes en outre à 1,5 km du village de Bouzic, à 5 km de Daglan et à env. 25 km de la ville médiévale de Sarlat. Cette dernière possède un centre très animé avec de belles maisons ocre, de jolies places, des ruelles et rues en escalier étroites, d'agréables terrasses et quelques marchés particulièrement vivants. Dans les années 70, le très ancien centre-ville a été rénové en profondeur. Depuis, Sarlat peut se réjouir d'accueillir tous les ans un nombre incomparable de visiteurs.
Deze karakteristieke, liefdevol ingerichte woning ligt boven op een heuvel. Het huis is omringt door een natuurterrein van 3,4 ha en heeft een mooi uitzicht over het dal van het riviertje de Ceou. Eiken, dennen en jeneverbessen bepalen het beeld en in het voorjaar bloeien er volop orchideeën. Het is er heel stil en ‘snachst fonkelen de sterren aan de hemel. Buren zijn ver weg. Het terras ligt op het zuid-westen en men kan daar van spectaculaire zonsondergangen genieten. Aan de oostkant is het in de ochtend goed toeven. Aan alle kanten van het huis kan men de natuur instappen en aan een wandeling beginnen. Ook vanuit de ouderslaapkamer die met de badkamer op de begane grond ligt. Makkelijk als trappen bezwaarlijk zijn. De lichte zitkamer en keuken met schuifdeuren naar het terras vormen een grote ruimte van ca 70 mtr2. In de koudere seizoenen geeft de grote open haard een heerlijke extra warmte naast de centrale verwarming. Het natuurterrein wordt doorkruist door stenen wallen waarin soms nog een abri te vinden is. Dicht bij het huis is een ommuurde weide met zo’ abri die waarschijnlijk vroeger als drinkplaats voor schapen diende. Aan de zijkant is een barbeque. In de bossen is zo hier en daar nog een oude wijnstok te vinden. De streek was vroeger vermaard om zijn wijn tot een ziekte toesloeg. De productie begint sinds enkele jaren weer op gang te komen.
