Dit appartement in het in 2020 opgeleverde, kleinschalige Kreischberg Residences, ligt op één van de drie etages in één van de twee gebouwen. Alle appartementen zijn met oog voor detail en trendy en sfeervol ingericht. In de afwerking is veel gebruik gemaakt van hout, waardoor het toch een typisch Oostenrijkse sfeer uitstraalt. Doordat er veel gebruik is gemaakt van glas, heeft u een heerlijk lichte woonkamer, gelegen op het zuiden. Verder beschikt het appartement over een open keuken en drie slaapkamers, waarvan twee met elk een 2-pers. bed en één met twee 1-pers. bedden. Er zijn twee badkamers, waarvan één met douche, infrarood sauna en toilet en één met een douche. Er is tevens een apart toilet. Vanaf het terras of balkon met tuinmeubilair heeft u een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en bossen. Parkeren kunt u op de centrale parkeerplaats. Zowel in de zomer als in de winter begint het avontuur praktisch voor de voordeur. In Kreischberg Residences zijn diverse appartementen voor twee tot zes personen te boeken. De Kreischberg Residence is nieuw, de getoonde foto's zijn slechts een voorbeeld. De bijbehorende foto's van het type vakantiehuis volgen later. De kabelbaan van Kreischberg is in de zomer van 2021 gesloten vanwege bouwwerkzaamheden.

Alle Ferienwohnungen sind mit Liebe zum Detail und modern und stimmungsvoll eingerichtet. Bei der Verarbeitung wurde viel Holz verwendet, wodurch die Wohnung doch eine typisch österreichische Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Weil viel Glas verwendet wurde, haben Sie ein herrlich helles Wohnzimmer, das nach Süden liegt. Außerdem verfügt die Ferienwohnung über eine offene Küche und drei Schlafzimmer, davon zwei mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, von denen eines mit Dusche, Infrarot-Sauna und WC und eines mit einer Dusche ausgestattet ist. Es gibt auch ein separates WC. Von der Terrasse oder dem Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln aus haben Sie eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und Wälder. Sie können auf dem zentralen Parkplatz parken. Sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter beginnt das Abenteuer praktisch vor der Haustür. In den Kreischberg Residences werden verschiedene Ferienwohnungen für zwei bis sechs Personen vermietet. Le complexe Kreischberg Residences offre plusieurs appartements pouvant accueillir de deux à six personnes à la location.
