A furnished porch overlooking the pool, invites you to celebrate evenings with your family. The house is independent and has partial privacy. The house has two floors and a size of 110m2. It has two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Each bedroom has a furnished terrace. For our younger guests we can prepare a babybed and a highchair. This beautiful house has two bathrooms,one bathroom with a shower located on the ground floor and another bathroom with bath on the top floor. You have 3 fans at your disposal. In the spacious open vitro ceramic kitchen which is directly connected with the dining room, you will have all the necessary utensils to cook for your family. Aswell you have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the cozy lounge, you can watch satellite TV or relax on the couch. The area of Maria de la Salut, is situated in the center of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by people of the island, so you will not find much tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Yet you will find everything you need in Maria de la Salut: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. In just 15 minutes drive you reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort. You can have a nice day on the sandy beach or enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset. In this area, there are some good restaurants to eat paella, with a very beautiful and impressive seaview. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is a lively area that contrasts with the Playa de Muro, which is more quiet. Nearby are also the areas of the Port of Alcudia and Pollenca. Eine möblierte Veranda am Pool lädt zu Abendessen mit der Familie ein. Das Haus ist freistehend und hat teilweise Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist auf zwei Etagen auf einer Größe von 110 m2 gebaut und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer auf der ersten Etage, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer hat eine möblierte Terrasse. Für unsere kleinen Gäste stellen wir ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Dieses schöne Haus hat zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche im Erdgeschoss und ein weiteres mit Badewanne auf der oberen Etage. Drei Ventilatoren vervollständigen die Ausstattung. Die geräumige Küche mit Ceranfeld und das Esszimmer verfügen über alle Utensilien, die man zum Kochen mit der ganzen Familie benötigt. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Im Wohnzimmer kann man SAT-TV schauen oder sich auf dem Sofa ausruhen. Die Gegend von Maria de la Salut befindet sich im Zentrum der Insel und somit sehr einfach an jeden beliebigen Ort in einer angebrachten Zeit zu gelangen. Esta bonita casa, tiene una piscina privada de sal, con unas dimensiones de 8m x 4m y una profundidad que varía entre 1.3m y 1.8m, dónde se podrá relajar en las 6 hamacas que rodean las piscina. Un porche amueblado que da a la piscina, le invita a celebrar veladas con su familia. La casa es independiente y tiene privacidad parcial. La casa de dos plantas y de 110m2 dispone de dos dormitorios en la primera planta, uno con una cama doble y otro con dos camas individuales. Las dos habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado. Además cada una de las habitaciones dispone de una terraza amueblada. Para nuestros huéspedes más pequeños prepararemos una cuna y una trona. Esta bonita casa tiene dos baños, un baño con ducha situado en la planta baja y otro baño con bañera en la planta superior. Tres ventiladores completan el equipamiento. En la cocina comedor espaciosa, de vitro cerámica disponen de todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar con toda su familia. Hay lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. En el salón acogedor, podrá ver la televisión por satélite o, relajarse en el sofá. El área de Maria de la salut, está en el centro de la isla, por lo tanto es muy fácil llegar a cualquier sitio en un tiempo razonable. La zona es básicamente rural y mayoritariamente habitada por gente de la isla, por lo que no hay mucho turismo y podréis descubrir la Mallorca real. Aun así encontrará todo lo necesario en María de la Salut: supermercado, farmacia, banco, área deportiva, bares y algunos restaurantes.
