Ahora en el mercado por sólo 35.000 euros, es realmente una verdadera ganga. El Cortijo principal es adosado pero privado ya que el vecino está detrás. Tienes un patio al frente cubierto de vides para darte esa sombra que tanto necesitas en los meses de verano. Desde aquí caminamos directamente a la cocina y al comedor. A la derecha encontramos un dormitorio en la planta baja pero sería mucho mejor hacer una sala de estar y al fondo donde tenemos las escaleras hay una habitación perfecta para usar como trastero. Subiendo las escaleras, giramos a la izquierda y nos encontramos con un baño, verá que el techo aquí necesita un poco de atención, una buena limpieza y TLC. A la derecha de las escaleras que es el frente del Cortijo tenemos dos cuartos de buen tamaño, ambos usados como dormitorios, estilo típico español uno entrando en otro. De nuevo aquí verá que parte del techo necesita algo de trabajo. Esta propiedad en particular tiene un garaje privado adjunto en la parte trasera con acceso independiente. Aan de rechterkant vinden we een slaapkamer beneden, maar het zou veel beter zijn om er een woonkamer van te maken en aan de achterkant, waar we de trap hebben, is er een kamer die perfect te gebruiken is als berging. Als we de trap op gaan, slaan we linksaf en komen we een badkamer tegen, je zult zien dat het dak hier wat aandacht nodig heeft, een goede poetsbeurt en TLC. Aan de rechterkant van de trap die de voorkant van de Cortijo is, hebben we twee ruime kamers, beide in gebruik als slaapkamers, typisch Spaanse stijl die in elkaar overloopt.
