Terrace View more View less Koh Apartments is a residential project that emulates the wide patios and corridors the order and symmetry of walls and columns as well as the transition between interior and exterior spaces that we observe in old buildings in the region.Based on a monochromatic palette of beige tone the idea behind Koh is to make people feel like in a big house in which everything connects to the center through a huge patio that preserves the pre existing vegetation.Each apartment has private spaces with terraces or outdoor gardens that take advantage of natural ventilation and lighting as well as allowing contact with nature.The project is located within the Aldea Zama Premium subdivision in Tulum Quintana Roo. The subdivision seeks to add to the integration of the landscape through urbanization criteria such as the densities allowed by land the shared green areas of the subdivision the height restrictions and the allowed materials.Koh will have a vegetation buffer of approximately 7.80 m to the northeast to the southeast to the neighboring land and to the southwest will be the interior road of the subdivision. The vegetation buffers are for the use of all tenants and have paths and urban equipment surrounded by the original vegetation of the site.Koh a cougar with a unique vision roamed the jungle which he considered his home. He was looking for a place to settle as he was going from one point to another and nowhere was good for him. He found a space in the jungle in which he could call Nah home. There Koh settled the puma with a great vision that traveled the jungle until he found his home.FEATURESPub
