We are in the middle of the hip and upscale district of Nuremberg North. The medieval old town including the mighty Kaiserburg is about 900 m away from the apartment. Also museums and sights, shopping miles and unusual shops, as well as events unrivalled in Europe, including the famous Nuremberg Christkindlesmarkt, can be reached in a few minutes on foot from the apartment. Room layout Modern apartment with high-quality equipment. The furniture and all appliances are as good as new. The kitchen is well equipped, with modern stove, oven and dishwasher. The bathroom is very bright, modern and has an open shower and a large mirror. From the spacious living room you have a direct view to the Koberger Platz. In the bedroom there is a modern and large queen size bed. The house is surrounded by a small green park with many trees and bushes. Water splashes from three stones and refreshes the visitors on warm days. A short distance away there are table tennis tables and two fenced fields with net gates. At Kobergerplatz there is market time once a week. Every Friday regional farmers sell their fruit and vegetables, but also cheese, sausage or bread are available. Every year in July the Kobergerplatz initiative invites to the district festival on its "Kobi" and uses the area for celebrating and getting together. In short: Kobergerplatz is a meeting place for all generations. In the immediate vicinity is the underground station "Kaulbachplatz" with the line U3 (approx. 100 distance). From there you can quickly reach all places in Nuremberg, for example, it takes 5 minutes to get to the main station. Auch Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmeilen und ausgefallene Geschäfte, sowie europaweit konkurrenzlose Events, darunter in der Adventszeit der berühmte Nürnberger Christkindlesmarkt, können in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung erreicht werden. Am Kobergerplatz ist einmal die Woche Marktzeit. Jeden Freitag verkaufen regionale Bauern ihr Obst und Gemüse, aber auch Käse, Wurst oder Brot sind erhältlich. Jedes Jahr im Juli lädt die Kobergerplatz-Initiative zum Stadtteilfest auf ihren „Kobi“ ein und nutzt die Fläche zum Feiern und Zusammenkommen.
