Salle de bain avec baignoire et lave linge. Wc séparé. L'appartement MONTANA est au 6ème étage (avec ascenseur) Cet appartement ne peut être loué que pour un bail meublé d'un an au minimum (colocation possible dans le bail). Si vous pouvez justifier vous trouver dans l'une des situations suivantes : - Formation professionnelle - Études supérieures - Contrat d'apprentissage - Stage - Engagement volontaire dans le cadre d'un service civique - Mutation professionnelle - Mission temporaire dans le cadre de l'activité professionnelle vous pourrez alors bénéficier d'un bail mobilité pour une durée minimale de 1 mois et au maximum pour 10 mois. Accès des voyageurs La rue du 22 Novembre étant piétonnière, vous pourrez accéder en voiture à proximité de l'immeuble seulement à certains horaires (de 6h à 11h). A proximité immédiate (environ 100 mètres) se trouve les parking public « indigo LES TANNEURS » et « indigo KLEBER ». Ces parking sont en plein centre-ville, donc pratiques pour une ou quelques heures, mais il coute 44 euros pour 24h ! Vous avez également la possibilité de stationner dans les parking Halles P2 Sebastopol, Halles P3 Marais vert (environ 500 mètres) ou au parking GARE WODLI (environ 900 mètres) dont le prix est de 20 euros pour 24h. Présentation du quartier Le centre ville de Strasbourg est un quartier dynamique et vivant avec des bars, musées, le marché de Noël et le charme de son architecture. Il ne faut pas rater les quelques très bonnes tables de la région ainsi que les cépages renommés. Transports L'appartement est à proximité des transports en commun (bus et tram) qui vous permettront très aisément de vous déplacer dans la ville. Il y a deux arrêts de Tram à proximité de l'appartement: Place de l'homme de Fer (Trams A, B, C, D, F), et Langstross/Grand Rue (Trams A et D). Autres remarques Cet appartement est non-fumeur. L'utilisation de cigarette, e-cigarette, chichas et tout autre dispositif fumeurs est interdit. Fumer ou utiliser un dispositif fumeur entraînera une pénalité de 250€ de frais supplémentaire de nettoyage.
