Man darf dort wohnen ( sich aber nicht anmelden - auch nicht als Zweitwohnsitz, da es sich um eine Ferienhausgrundstück handelt!), aber es ist dennoch ein Ferienhausgrundstück inmitten grosser Grünfläche. Es ist Platz für eine Familie, aber für 4 Personen ist das Haus bei längerem Aufenthalt vielleicht zu klein. Der Grünfläche draussen ist jedoch sehr gross und eben sehr grün. Es gibt eine Musikanlage und JBL Boxen innen und auch aussen. Ich mähe dort zwischendurch den Rasen. Das Grundstück liegt ganz in der Nähe der B442. Und Hameln ist 12 km entfernt, Coppenbrügge 2 km. Springe liegt um die Ecke, Bad Pyrmont, Bad Münder etc., Hannover ist ca. 28 km entfernt. Bald gibt es dort Glasfaseranschluss für das Ferienhaus. Direkt neben dem Grundstück fliesst der Gelbbach. Und ein Teich mit Brunnen liegt auf dem Grundstück. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt. In Hameln gibt es einen Waschsalon, in Coppenbrügge kann man einkaufen. Es gibt eine Terasse und ein Grillhaus, einen Strandkorb und herrliche Ecken zum Entspannen.
