LIVING ROOM : A lovely, warm living area with a large, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto a private, sunny terrace. The lounge area features a comfortable sofa bed with a television (decoder). You will have access to a Netflix account as well as Disney +. KITCHEN : A very functional kitchen with fridge, hob, extractor fan, oven and microwave offers every comfort for your stay. Breakfast necessities are also present; a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. THE BEDROOM : The bedroom has a new, hotel-quality bed. A desk area for teleworking if needed and a wardrobe with hangers to store your belongings if you are staying for several days. SHOWER ROOM : Accessible via three short flights of stairs. A nice, large shower room with a hairdryer and all toiletries (towels for body, hands and hair, soap, shampoo, etc.). The WC is individual and private (also accessible via three small steps). Wifi throughout the house. To ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide you with : - bed linen (not renewed during your stay) - towels and bath mats (not renewed during your stay) - kitchen towels (not renewed during your stay) - hand soap (not renewed during your stay) - tea and coffee (not renewed during your stay) - kitchen utensils: sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc. (not renewed during your stay) We systematically carry out a thorough cleaning of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialist cleaning company. We thank you in advance for keeping the apartment in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your deposit if we notice the slightest deterioration in the accommodation. The accommodation is non-smoking, no smoking, no parties, no pets and no excesses are allowed. Arrival times are from 4pm. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any special requests. Departure times must be before 11am. If you would like to surprise your other half, you can order a bottle of champagne/wine or something else with a bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates, etc. We will be happy to help you organise a surprise.
