So in summary it is as follows: 1st room (our living room) ~ 20 m2: south-west exposure, nice and bright and pleasant sunshine from noon to sunset. 2nd room (Our study) ~ 15 m2: south-west exposure, 3rd room (Our bedroom) ~ 10 m2 : north-east orientation. 4th balcony: ~ 5 m2: has a direct access through the door from the bigger room and also from the middle bigger room through the window. *** On the balcony, as well as from the above two rooms, you have not only a pleasant sunny place, but also a fantastic view of the forest. 5. kitchen: ~ 7m2: small but cozy with gas stove, but can be replaced by an electric stove if necessary. There is additionally a bonus market including a bakery for quick small purchases near the apartment (3 min walk). The Wolfbusch stop is a 10 min walk from the apartment and line U6 as well as U16 will take you to Feuerbach in 10 min and to the main train station in 18 min.
