Light-flooded apartment with a fantastic view over the northern Palatinate. Experience culture, nature, enjoyment - Germany's largest wine-growing regions are right outside the door, the area invites you to go hiking, cycling or just "just" go for a walk. The view from the panoramic windows reveals why the area is also known as "Germany's Tuscany". The rural idyll offers space for relaxation and deceleration far away from the hectic everyday life. The apartment with over 110 m² offers space for 8 people. It has three bedrooms with king and queen-size double beds and two bunk beds, so there is enough space for a large family or two families, for hiking enthusiasts etc. The spacious living / dining area is completely open, where you can eat, play or simply "Just" be relaxed. The view from the panorama window invites you to linger, the vastness of the hilly landscape is very impressive, especially in the morning. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and can of course be used completely. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, the toilet is separate - both are provided with towels and soap. The main entrance of the house leads through a vestibule over a short staircase directly into the apartment on the mezzanine floor, which is completely available to guests (with the exception of a small pantry). I can be reached by phone, but not on site myself, there are several friends of mine who can be at the house within a very short time if necessary. Stetten is an idyllically situated, grown village that has a lot of old, local architecture and is embedded in the charming hilly landscape of the northern Palatinate. The neighborhood has a very open and friendly relationship. The people in the 600-inhabitant village are characterized by helpfulness, which creates a noticeably open-minded atmosphere. There is a winery with a vinotheque on site, where events take place regularly. On public transport there is only one bus a few times a day, which is why a car is necessary. You can park right in front of the house on the roadside (there is always a parking space here), and a free public parking lot is also only a few meters away. “Dorbert‘s Lädche” supplies baked goods and some groceries, magazines, tobacco products etc. on site, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. can be found in Albisheim or Kirchheimbolanden (3 or 7 km away). Die angrenzende Küche ist ausgestattet und darf selbstverständlich komplett genutzt werden. Das Bad verfügt über eine große Duschkabine, das WC ist separat – beide sind mit Handtüchern und Seife versehen. Der Haupteingang des Hauses führt durch einen Windfang über eine kurze Treppe direkt in die im Hochparterre gelegene Ferienwohnung, die Gästen (mit Ausnahme einer kleinen Speisekammer) komplett zur Verfügung steht. Ich bin telefonisch erreichbar, jedoch selbst nicht vor Ort, es gibt mehrere Freunde von mir, die bei Bedarf innerhalb kürzester Zeit am Haus sein können. Stetten ist ein idyllisches gelegenes, gewachsenes Dorf, das über viel alte, ortstypische Architektur verfügt und in die reizvolle Hügellandschaft der Nordpfalz eingebettet ist. Die Nachbarschaft pflegt ein sehr offenes und freundliches Verhältnis. Hilfsbereitschaft zeichnet die Menschen in dem 600-Einwohner-Dorf aus, was eine spürbar aufgeschlossenen Atmosphäre schafft. Es gibt ein Weingut mit Vinothek vor Ort, wo regelmäßig Veranstaltungen stattfinden. An öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verkehrt lediglich ein Bus einige Male am Tag, weswegen ein Auto notwendig ist. Geparkt werden kann direkt vor dem Haus am Straßenrand (man findet hier eigentlich immer einen Parkplatz), ein kostenfreier öffentlicher Parkplatz ist ebenfalls nur wenige Meter entfernt. „Dorbert‘s Lädche“ versorgt vor Ort mit Backwaren & einigen Lebensmitteln, Zeitschriften, Tabakwaren usw., Supermärkte, Apotheke etc. finden sich in Albisheim oder Kirchheimbolanden (3 bzw. 7 km entfernt).
