Im beschaulichen Quickborn Heide findet sich in unserer Neubausiedlung ein ruhiger Ort in einer Sackgasse mit direkter Anbindung an die Kita ,,Wilde 13“. Direkt am Wald gelegen, zeichnet sich der Ortsteil durch viele Familien mit Kindern und eine Naturelle Gegend aus. In unserer Doppelhaushälfte finden sich neben Fußbodenheizung, Bad und Gäste WC, ebenfalls ein Garten mit vielen Pflanzen und Sichtschutz durch verschiedene Baumarten. Das Wohnzimmer besticht durch viel Licht über den Tag durch die großen Fenster und lädt mit der offenen Küche zum verweilen ein. Zur örtlichen AKN ,,Meschensee“ sind es 2 Kilometer und im Umkreis von 500 Metern befinden sich ebenfalls einige Bushaltestellen mit Anbindung an die Stadt Norderstedt. Zum Stadtkern Quickborn sind es lediglich 5 Kilometer und zu den umliegenden Ortschaften Henstedt Ulzburg und Norderstedt sind es ebenfalls nur 10-15 Minuten.
