Ein kleiner Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Herren-WC befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnungseingang. Die Räume werden durch die Fußbodenheizung angenehm geheizt und durch Funkthermostate in den Räumen gesteuert. Durch die funktional eingerichtete Küche erreichen sie einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne für den morgendlichen Kaffee. Der Wohn und Essbereich ist mit Parkettboden versehen. Ein Holzofen bietet hier die Möglichkeit, vor einem angenehmen Kaminfeuer kuschelige Abende zu verbringen. Der riesige Garten ist über eine Terrassentür im Wohnzimmer zu erreichen.
