The sleeping and living areas are largely separated (see pictures). You sleep on a French double bed (140cm). The apartment is easily accessible via an elevator (1 flight of stairs still needs to be climbed). A height-adjustable desk enables healthy and the existing internet connection (>100,000 Mbit) enables fast working. You can relax in front of the 50-inch 4k TV or while cooking in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are of course provided. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Laundry is cleaned in the washing machine with integrated dryer. The large, east-facing balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The residential complex is a little outdated but ideally located. The main train station as well as stores for daily needs and a movie theater can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. Der große, nach Osten gerichtete Balkon lädt zum Frühstücken in der Morgensonne ein. Die Wohnanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommene aber dafür optimal gelegen. Sowohl der Hauptbahnhof als auch Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und ein Kino sind fußläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
