We (Paula + Niklas) would like to sublet our 3-room old building apartment in Linden Nord for 5 months. The apartment has 3 rooms (bedroom, living room and the small study) and a very wide, large hallway with a table that can be used like a dining room. The bedroom faces the backyard, the other two rooms face Limmerstrasse. Unfortunately the apartment doesn't have a balcony, but in summer it's great to sit in the courtyard with the chickens from the neighboring property. View more View less Wohnung Wir (Paula + Niklas) möchten gerne unsere 3 Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in Linden Nord für 5 Monate untervermieten. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und das kleine Arbeitszimmer) und einen sehr breiten, großen Flur mit Tisch der quasi wie ein Esszimmer genutzt werden kann. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus, die beiden anderen Zimmer zur Limmerstraße. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen Balkon aber im Sommer sitzt es sich sehr gut im Innenhof bei den Hühnern vom Nachbargrundstück. Lage Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Limmerstraße, 2 Etagen über der Pizzeria Francesca Fratelli (wenn man im Sommer das Fenster offen hat riechts manchmal lecker nach Pizza) und quasi direkt an der Bahnstation Leinaustraße.
