Our fully furnished, 3-story-house offers everything you need for living, working, and relaxing. The open-spaced living and dining area on the ground floor builds the center of the house: there is a big dining table, ideal for entertaining, two sofas and an armchair by the coffee table as well as a cozy family area with fireplace and TV. Adjacent to the dining area is the well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher etc. Right outside is a huge, south-west-facing, partly roofed deck that leads to the prosperous private garden with a little pond and shed. The ground floor also contains one bedroom with a queen-size bed, desk, and huge closet as well as a large bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub. Through the wooden stairwell with lots of natural light, you’ll reach the open gallery on the first floor. Here, you’ll find three bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and a walk-in-closet/dressing room. One bedroom contains a king-size bed and has access to the balcony. The other two are equipped with a queen-size bed each and one of them also features a desk. There’s also a crib and highchair if needed. Furthermore, there is a full basement with an office, including a desk with PC and printer as well as a piano, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a pantry with a second freezer, a big storage room and a very well-equipped workshop. The fully fenced garden is perfect for relaxing and outdoor games. It features a robotic lawn mower, deck furniture, sunshade, and deckchair. Friendly, well-trained dogs are very welcome, as well as cats, hamsters, birds etc. Parking is easily available on the quiet street just in front of the house. There’s plenty of room for multiple cars. Bikes can be stored in the shed. The neighbors are all very friendly, welcoming, and relaxed! We are renting out this home fully furnished and equipped. Ground and first floor have been renovated completely in February 2024. All you need for a comfortable stay is your personal stuff, so pack your suitcases and go! Wenn ihr ein schönes, großes Zuhause auf Zeit in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage mit guter Anbindung nach Potsdam, Kleinmachnow und Berlin sucht, seid ihr hier genau richtig. Unser vollständig möbliertes Haus bietet auf 3 Etagen viel Platz zum Wohnen, Arbeiten und Entspannen. Der offene Wohn-/Essbereich im Erdgeschoss mit Fußbodenheizung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet; es gibt einen großen Esstisch, eine gemütliche Couchecke mit Kamin und einen Fernsehbereich. Die große, perfekt ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler ist ebenso direkt anliegend wie die nach Südwesten ausgerichtete, teilweise überdachte Terrasse. Diese wiederum hat einen direkten Zugang zum herrlich bepflanzten, umlaufenden Garten mit Teich und Gartenhäuschen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich weiterhin ein großes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit 140cm-Bett, Schreibtisch und riesigem Kleiderschrank. Alle Terrassentüren und Fenster im Erdgeschoss können mit elektrischen Fensterläden verschlossen werden. Über das helle Holztreppenhaus gelangt man auf die Galerie in der ersten Etage. Von hier gibt es Zugang zu drei weiteren Schlafzimmern, einem Ankleidezimmer sowie einem Duschbad mit Fenster. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein 180cm-Bett und direkten Zugang zum kleinen Balkon. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer haben 140cm-Betten und in einem der beiden steht ein weiterer Schreibtisch. Ein Babyreisebett und ein Hochstuhl sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Abgerundet wird das Haus durch einen großen Keller mit einem Arbeitszimmer inkl. Klavier, PC und Drucker, einem Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, einem Vorratskeller mit zweitem Tiefkühler, einem großen Abstellraum und einer gut ausgestatteten Werkstatt. Der voll umzäunte Garten verfügt über einen Mähroboter, Terrassenmöbel, Sonnenschirm und Liegestuhl und lädt sowohl zum Spielen als auch Entspannen ein. Freundliche, gut erzogene Hunde sind hier ebenso willkommen wie Katzen, Hamster, Vögel usw. Auf der wenig befahrenen Straße können problemlos mehrere Autos direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden. Fahrräder finden im Gartenschuppen Schutz vor Wind und Wetter. Die Nachbarn sind super-nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus wird voll möbliert und ausgestattet vermietet. Erd- und Obergeschoss wurden im Februar 2024 frisch gestrichen. Es fehlt an nichts, ihr benötigt lediglich eure Koffer. Wir haben selbst schon mehrfach im In- und Ausland temporär in möblierten Unterkünften gewohnt und wissen daher, worauf es ankommt.
