Welcome Home! Grinario Living is your home away from home in Köngen. Our fully furnished and equipped two-room apartment is available for stays of at least 4 weeks. Our ground floor apartment is part of a 6-family house. We want you to feel completely comfortable and at home during your time in Köngen. Location Our apartment is located in a quiet outskirts area of Köngen with immediate access to green spaces. The town center with numerous shops for daily needs (grocery store, bakery, butcher, optician, bank, etc.) is within a 10-minute walk, approximately 800 meters away. Köngen boasts several excellent restaurants, several of which are within walking distance of the apartment. The nearest bus stop is 500 meters from the apartment, and the X10 express bus stop to the airport is approximately 1 km away. Facilities: The 52 sqm ground floor apartment was extensively renovated and modernized at the end of 2023/beginning of 2024. The modern two-room apartment is fully equipped and furnished, including high-speed internet connection. The subtle decoration and wall art ensure that you can feel at home from day one. Kitchen Our high-quality fitted kitchen is fully equipped with ample crockery and cooking equipment. Dishwasher, oven, and stove leave nothing to be desired. The fridge with a separate freezer compartment offers ample storage space. Living and dining room The open living and dining area is equipped with a high-quality designer sofa with a folding footstool and small side table, as well as a dining table with 3 chairs. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV as well as a selection of board games and some books. From the living room, you have access to the spacious balcony with a table and 4 seats. Bedroom The bedroom is equipped with a 1.40m wide bed and two bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe, and a large desk. Bathroom The modern bathroom with toilet, sink, and spacious shower offers ample space and storage. In the entrance area in front of the bathroom, there is also a washing machine (a drying room can be found in the basement). Miscellaneous The apartment has its own open parking space directly at the house, which is at your disposal. We also offer you the opportunity to store personal items in the spacious cellar room if needed. About Köngen: The municipality of Köngen, with its approximately 10,000 inhabitants, has a history of settlement dating back thousands of years and is located in the area of the Roman settlement of Grinario (hence the name of our apartment). Unsere Hochparterrewohnung ist Teil eines 6-Familienhauses. Wir möchten, dass Sie sich während Ihrer Zeit in Köngen rundum wohl und wie zu Hause fühlen. Lage Unsere Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Ortsrandlage von Köngen mit unmittelbarem Zugang ins Grüne. Die Ortsmitte mit zahlreichen Läden des täglichen Bedarfs (Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäcker, Metzger, Optiker, Sparkasse etc.) ist mit 800 Meter fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Köngen verfügt über zahlreiche hervorragende Restaurants, von denen gleich mehrere in Laufdistanz zur Wohnung liegen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich 500 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt, die Haltestelle des Expressbus X10 zum Flughafen ist ca. 1 km entfernt. Ausstattung: Die Hochparterrewohnung mit 52 qm Wohnfläche wurde Ende 2023/Anfang 2024 umfassend saniert und modernisiert.
