Due to a 4-month stay abroad, I am renting out my fully furnished 2-room flat in Munich, Berg am Laim, from 04.10.24 to 31.01.25. The flat is 58sqm in size, has two balconies, a large, as-new kitchen and an underground parking space, which is already included in the warm rent. Also included in the warm rent are the electricity and internet costs, as well as the monthly GEZ fee. However, you can take over your own electricity and internet provider if you wish. In principle, I would like to change as little as possible of the furnishings, but there is the possibility of storing some furniture in the basement (depending on space). As you can see from the photos, there is also a cat living here (for the allergy sufferers). However, it will be staying with my parents while I am away, so the cat furniture will not remain in the flat. The flat is preferably rented to women or young couples. View more View less Aufgrund eines 4-monatigen Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich meine 58qm große, vollmöblierte 2 Zimmer Wohnung in München-Berg am Laim im Zeitraum vom ... unter. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, eine schöne neuwertige Küche mit Waschmaschine, ein Tageslichtbad und ein Kellerabteil. Die Räume sind hell und großzügig geschnitten. Dazu gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, welcher in der Warmmiete bereits eingerechnet ist. Es besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, weitere Fixkosten wie Strom, Internet und Sky zur Warmmiete hinzuzufügen, allerdings nicht zwingend. Grundsätzlich würde ich gerne die Einrichtung so beibehalten, wie sie jetzt ist, es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, ein paar Möbel im Keller unterzustellen (je nach Platz). Wichtig für Allergiker ist noch zu erwähnen, dass hier aktuell eine Katze lebt. Diese, sowie alle Katzenmöbel, sind aber in der Zeit meiner Abwesenheit anderweitig untergebracht.
