Ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wanne, zwei Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Das Bad hat ein Fenster mit Blick über den hinteren Teil der Villa in den Wald Es gibt auch ein separates Gäste WC. Die Küche mit einem phantastischen Blick über das Elbtal und die Weinberge durch ein sehr schönes gerundetes Fenster ist voll umfänglich ausgestattet mit Geschirr und anderen Haushaltsgegenständen.
