Beautifully renovated and lovingly furnished old building apartment with charm on the 3rd floor facing the green and quiet inner courtyard. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 140m wide bed, bathroom with washing machine and bathtub and a cozy kitchen with space to relax or work. Berlin Wedding (Mitte) is a lively, diverse district with different cultures. Streetcar and subway, various shopping facilities, a large cinema, cafés, gyms, several parks and even the outdoor swimming lake Plötzensee are within walking distance. The large Virchow Klinikum (Charité), parts of the TU, the Rehberge and the Nordufer are all very close by. I love living here for 11 years. As a designer and artist who travels a lot and lives in a guest apartment, it was important to me to make this apartment so personal and tasteful that you feel comfortable and that everything you need is there, such as a real table where you can work or eat with friends. If I have forgotten something important, please let me know. There is no television as I don't use one myself. All the paintings are the work of artist friends. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem 140m breiten Bett, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne und einer gemütlicher Küche mit Platz zum Entspannen oder zum Arbeiten. Berlin Wedding ( Mitte) ist ein lebhafter, vielseitiger Bezirk mit verschiedenen Kulturen. Straßenbahn und U-Bahn, verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein großes Kino, Cafés, Fitnessstudios, mehrere Parks und sogar das Freibad Plötzensee sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Ganz nah ist das große Virchow Klinikum (Charité), Teile der TU, die Rehberge oder das Nordufer. Ich lebe seit 11 Jahren hier sehr gerne. Als Designerin und Künstlerin, die selbst viel unterwegs in Gästewohnung lebt, war es mir wichtig diese Wohnung geschmackvoll und persönlich herzurichten, so dass man sich wohl fühlt und alles was man braucht da ist, wie z.b. einen richtigen Tisch an dem man arbeiten oder mit Freunden essen kann. Sollte ich etwas wichtiges vergessen haben, lasst es mich wissen. Einen Fernseher gibt es nicht, da ich selbst keinen nutze. Alle Bilder sind Arbeiten befreundeter Künstlerinnen und Künstler. Die Wohnung lädt ein mit dem Charme des Berliner Altbaus mit hohen Decken und schönen alten Türen.
