Herzlich Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung, in der du dich schnell wie Zuhause fühlen wirst. Die Wohnung ist zentral und sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet eine gute Verkehrs- und ÖPNV-Anbindung. Die Stadt ist in nur 5-7 Gehminuten erreichbar - ebenso der Busbahnhof. Vor dem Haus stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur freien Verfügung. Außerdem befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür ein schöner Spazierweg zwischen Feldern und grünen Wiesen. Das Haus ist ein 6-Parteien Haus mit eigenem Garten, indem man nicht nur die Mittagssonne genießen kann, sondern der auch Platz zum Wäsche trocken bietet (alternativ auf dem Dachboden). Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Bad (mit Badewanne) und einer offenen Wohnküche.
