We are away for 6 months and are renting out our fully furnished, cozy holiday apartment starting from 1st November 2024. This property is a two-story attic apartment, with 1 double and 1 single bedroom, 2 living rooms and a spacious bathroom/toilet and an additional bathroom (toilet/shower) on the 2nd floor. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dining table for 4 people. The dining room/living room comfortably seats 6 people. The balcony, with a view of the Berneck Valley, is particularly noteworthy and is a wonderful place to relax from everyday life. The living room on the 2nd attic floor has a double sofa bed which can be used together with the 2nd bathroom as a studio for guests. The attic apartment can be easily reached via an elevator. Stair lifts can be provided on request. You can use the basement. Equipment Central gas heating + underfloor heating in the bathroom + heat pump/air conditioning on the 2nd floor which has a positive effect on heating costs when used for heating. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. Restriction: no dishwasher. A parking space (plus 20 euros/month rent) is available in the courtyard of the house. Otherwise parking in a public car park 100m away. Location The property is located in the valley town of Schramberg near the sports field and Berneck beach. A Netto supermarket and an Action Shop are less than 5 minutes away.
