We are traveling from January 5th and are therefore renting out our fully furnished apartment for the duration of our stay abroad (until March 12th). The apartment on the ground floor (there is a second apartment with a separate entrance on the upper floor) in the idyllic village Vorra (train station with trains to Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot) is ideally equipped for a family of four to five. The living and dining area (approx. 40 square meters) with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and view of the green invites you to linger on cold winter days. A children's room with a bunk bed and the bedroom with a double bed 1.80m wide and a baby bed offer comfortable sleeping space for a family of up to 5 people. In the office corner with well-functioning WiFi, working from home is easily possible. Many beautiful excursions are possible from Vorra, even in winter. Lots of equipment for children and babies available to use (changing table with heat lamp, baby bath, sled...)

Wir verreisen ab 5. Januar und vermieten daher unsere vollmöblierte Wohnung für den Zeitraum unseres Auslandsaufenthaltes (bis 12. März). Die Wohung im Erdgeschoss (im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine zweite Wohnung mit seperatem Eingang) im idyllischen Vorra (Bahnhof mit Zügen nach Nürnberg und Bayreuth in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen) ist bestens für eine vier- bis fünfköpfige Familie ausgestattet. Der Wohn- und Essbereich (ca 40qm groß) mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Kaminofen und Blick ins Grüne lädt zum Verweilen an kalten Wintertagen ein. Ein Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett und das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 1,80m breit und Babybett bieten einer Familie mit bis zu 5 Personen komfortable Schlafplätze. Im Büroeck mit gut funktionierendem W-Lan ist Arbeiten aus dem Home-Office problemlos möglich. Von Vorra aus sind viele schöne Ausflüge auch im Winter möglich. Viel Ausstattung für Kinder und Babys vorhanden, welche benutzt werden kann (Wickeltisch mit Wärmelampe, Babybadewanne, Schlitten...)
