I am renting out my modern, renovated, and very clean apartment to careful intermediate tenants. I place a high value on cleanliness and order, so I am looking forward to finding someone who appreciates such an atmosphere as well. The apartment is initially available for rent from December 24, 2024, or January 1, 2025, until March 31, 2025. There is the possibility to extend and potentially take over the apartment permanently (with or without furniture, which would need to be discussed). However, these are just options - not a must. Initially, the rental period would be until March 31, 2025. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 (including a new bathroom) and is fully furnished. It features a fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances and a large dining area, a courtyard-facing and therefore very quiet bedroom with a wide bed, a also courtyard-facing and quiet large home office room with a huge desk, two monitors, and a couch (which can also be used for sleeping by one person), as well as a sports and dressing room with free space and sports equipment (yoga mat, Blackroll, etc.) and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is brand new and includes a very new washing machine and dryer. Even a bicycle is available for use during the rental period. The apartment has a lockable single garage in the courtyard, an absolute luxury since it is often difficult to find a parking spot in such a central location. The apartment layout can also be changed if desired (e.g., converting the sports and dressing room into a second bedroom). The location is unbeatable: Within just 5 minutes' walk, you can reach two different train stations, from which you can get to Munich's main station with the affordable Germany ticket in just 35 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot. The immediate neighborhood offers everything right at your doorstep - from supermarkets and bakery cafes to various service providers and a premium fitness studio. Ich lege sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung, daher freue ich mich, jemanden zu finden, die/der so eine Atmosphäre ebenso schätzt. Die Wohnung ist zunächst ab 24.12.2024 bzw. 1.1.2025 bis 31.03.2025 zu vermieten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, zu verlängern und dann ggf. die Wohnung sogar dauerhaft zu übernehmen (mit oder ohne Möbeln, das muss man dann besprechen). Das sind allerdings nur Optionen - kein Muss. Zunächst wäre der Mietzeitraum bis 31.03.2025. Die Wohnung wurde 2020 komplett renoviert (inkl. neuem Bad) und ist vollständig möbliert.
