This beautiful 2 room apartment invites you to relax : The bedroom in Nordic style - white dominates together with wood without much frills - Stylish and simple. There is a wardrobe to accommodate your clothes. The 2 bedside lamps can also change color and can be controlled with a remote control. The living room is kept modern, here a large couch and a 55 inch UHD TV with Netflix and a Teufel Soundbar is waiting for you to comfortably end the day. The lamps can be controlled with a remote control and the ones on the shelf can even change color to create an atmosphere you like. If you don't feel like Netflix you can also sit on the spacious balcony or relax in the hammock :) In the kitchen there is everything you need - microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, fridge. (No freezer) If you do not want to live directly in a big city but still want to be quickly in Mannheim or Worms, then you are exactly right here. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the nature reserve "Lampertheimer Althrein", also the Althrein is within 5 minutes walking distance. The nearest grocery store (Netto) is just around the corner, about 2 minutes walk away. Here you can also find a bakery (Görtz). The train station can be reached on foot in 20-25 minutes, by bus, which leaves every half hour during the day directly in front of the house (stop "alte Dampfmühle") you are at the station in 7 minutes. From the station you can reach Mannheim by train in 12 minutes, by car it is 16km (approx. 20min) to Mannheim city center. In Worms you are in 19 minutes by bus, by car it is 10km (ca 12min). Es ist ein Schrank vorhanden um Ihre Kleidung unterzubringen. Die 2 Nachttischlampen können auch die Farbe wechseln und lassen sich mit einer Fernbedienung steuern. Das Wohnzimmer ist modern gehalten, hier wartet eine große Couch und ein 55 Zoll UHD-Fernseher mit Netflix auf Sie, um gemütlich den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Lampen lassen sich mit einer Fernbedienung steuern und die im Regal können sogar die Farbe wechseln um eine Atmosphäre zu schaffen, wie Sie ihnen gefällt. Falls es Ihnen nicht nach Netflix ist können Sie sich auch auf den großzügigen Balkon setzen oder in der Hängematte entspannen :) In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht - Mikrowelle, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Besteck, Kühlschrank. (Kein Gefrierschrank) Wenn Sie nicht direkt in einer Großstadt leben möchten aber doch schnell in Mannheim oder Worms sein wollen, dann sind Sie hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Naturschutzgebiet "Lampertheimer Althrein" entfernt, auch der Althrein ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft (Netto) befindet sich gleich um die Ecke, ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Hier findet sich auch ein Bäcker (Görtz) Den Bahnhof erreichen Sie zu Fuß in 20-25 Minuten, mit dem Bus, der Tagsüber jede halbe Stunde direkt vor der Haustür (Haltestelle alte Dampfmühle) abfährt sind Sie in 7 Minuten am Bahnhof. Vom Bahnhof sind Sie mit dem Zug in 12 Minuten in Mannheim, mit dem Auto sind es 16km (ca 20min) in die Mannheimer Innenstadt. In Worms sind Sie in 19 Minuten mit dem Bus, mit dem Auto sind es 10km (ca 12min) Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller, die Sie für 2€ pro Ladung nutzen können.
