Sie besteht aus einem separaten Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Tageslicht Bad mit Dusche und WC, eine komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche (Herd, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlgefrierschrank) und separatem Arbeitsbereich. Von der Küche sind es nur ein paar Schritte zum gemütlichem Wohnzimmer mit großem Flachbild TV und großer Couch, die als Schlafcouch umgebaut werden kann (inkl. zusätzlicher Matratze 1,40mx2,00m). Ausreichend Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Fußläufig (ca. 350m) ist der Hauptbahnhof Castrop-Rauxel mit seinen exzellenten Nahverkehrsanbindungen für das gesamte Ruhrgebiet zu erreichen (z.B. nur 13 Minuten mit dem RE3 bis zum Dortmund HBF und 48 Minuten bis Düsseldorf Flughafen). Auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Den Autobahnanschluss zur A2 und A42 erreichen sie in wenigen Minuten.
