However, there is the possibility of extension. The apartment includes two spacious rooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area and a large bathroom. Particularly noteworthy is also the garden, which can be used by all residents of the house to relax. The apartment is rented fully furnished. In addition, there is a private parking space. After entering the apartment you get into a hallway with lots of storage for shoes and jackets. To the right of the entrance is the spacious kitchen. The modern country-style kitchen from 2020 is equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances including an induction hob, an oven, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher and much more. On a gallery there is a real wood dining table for seating up to 6 people for cozy evenings with friends or family. The couch and armchair in the photo will be removed. Es besteht aber gegebenenfalls die Möglichkeit der Verlängerung. Zu der Wohnung zählen zwei großzügige Zimmer, eine geräumige Küche mit Essbereich und ein großes Bad. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Garten, der von allen Hausbewohnern zum entspannen genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Daneben gibt es einen privaten Stellplatz. Nach dem Betreten der Wohnung gelangt man in einen Flur, in dem es Möglichkeiten zum verstauen von Schuhen und Jacken gibt. Rechts von der Eingangstür liegt die geräumige Küche. Die moderne Küche im Landhaus-Stil stammt aus dem Jahr 2020 und ist mit hochwertigen Küchengeräten ausgestattet inklusive einem Induktionskochfeld, einem Ofen, einem Kühlschrank mit großen Gefrierfach, einer Spülmaschine und vielem mehr. Auf einer Empore befindet sich ein Echtholzesstisch für Platz mit bis zu 6 Personen für gemütliche Abende mit Freunden oder der Familie. Die noch auf dem Foto zusehende Couch und der Sessel werden bis zum Einzug entfernt. Morgens wird die Wohnung vom Sonnenlicht durchflutet, sodass man hier gemütlich seine Kaffee, von der ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellten Kaffeemaschine, trinken kann. Vom Flur gelangt man weiter in ein großes im Jahr 2020 saniertes Bad, dass über hochwertige Armaturen, viele Verstaumöglichkeiten, eine Dusche sowie eine Badewanne zum entspannen enthält. Darauf folgt das offene und lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer. Die auf den Bildern zum Wohnzimmer zu sehende XXL-Couch mit Schlaffunktion und Bettkasten wurde im November 2021 neu gekauft.
