Mahogany Rise is a luxurious Villa with an independent cottage situated amidst Mahogany trees on 1 acre of well-matured grounds in the Sandy Lane Estate. The Villa is a 4-bedroom 5-bathroom house with all bedrooms being en-suite. The Cottage has two bedrooms and two shower rooms (one en-suite). The Villa and Cottage are accessed via electric gates off a Private Road on the Sandy Lane Estate and can be rented separately or as one.
