This will be the same for all rentals in the region.The house is on the market to be sold & once we have secured a buyer we will communicate the notice period to tenants but it is likely to take a couple of months for the property to close.Tenants are required to keep the property in a tidy state for viewings. 24 hours notice will be given for viewings and tenants will be asked to vacate for 15 minutes during viewings.
