Hay una habitación con una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama en el comedor de 150cm x 190cm. Hay un lavabo reformado con ducha y lavadora. La cocina está reformada con microondas, tostadora, cafetera Nespresso, batidora manual, horno, nevera, etc. En el comedor está el sofá cama y una mesa para cuatro personas. Hay televisión, WiFi y conexión Netflix! En la habitación hay un ventilador en el techo y en el salón hay otro.
Justo fuera del apartamento, en la entrada, hay una zona que se puede utilizar como terraza y se puede poner la mesa para el almuerzo y la cena.
La zona de aparcamiento no siempre está disponible. La barbacoa es necesario reservarla para poder ser utilizada.
