Se encuentra a 500 metros de la playa y junto al mercado municipal, el supermercado, panadería y de la estación de autobuses.
Hay una habitación con cama de matrimonio, hay armario y salida al balcón. El lavabo es completo con ducha, todo reformado.
La zona de la cocina también es la de comedor, con una mesa para 4 personas, sofá, televisión y wifi. Hay salida al balcón. La cocina está bien equipada con lavavajillas, nevera y congelador, horno, tostadora, utensilios de cocina y vajilla. A la entrada del apartamento hay un armario con la lavadora y utensilios de limpieza.
Es un piso muy iluminado durante todo el año, dispone de plaza de parking, muy recomendable para los meses de verano, que es más difícil aparcar. En todo el piso hay calefacción y aire acondicionado. Se proporcionan sábanas, toallas, bolsas de basura, jabón para los platos, etc.-
Palamós es un pueblo tanto con vida en invierno como en verano. Hay un puerto pesquero y puerto deportivo. Se pueden hacer excursiones en barco, practicar la vela y otros deportes acuáticos. Además de bañarte en las mejores playas de Cataluña. Palamós tiene la playa de La Fosca, Castell, la playa Grande. Y hacia Calella de Palafrugell, yendo por el Camino de Ronda, puedes encontrar calas preciosas como Cala Estreta. Puedes llegar hasta el Cap Roig.
