Lubina del Sol offers 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. It offers air condition in both bedrooms and there is also a fan. 2 bathrooms with shower and an equipped kitchen with wash machine, coffee machine, microwave, kettle etc. WiFi free of charge is also available. The TV is a Smart TV. The lovely terrace offers seaview and it is south west facing. The pool is open the whole year and you have sun loungers and parasols that you can use in the garden/pool area. The depth of the pool goes from 0m to 2,60m. From the outside common areas there is a direct access to the beach. The apartment offers a parking spot free of charge. Tennis court is also available, free of charge and you can use it whenever you want. In high season you might need to register your name and time at the gate when you want to use it.
Pets are accepted. € 30 per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit. 1 pet per booking.Rules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noice.Note:

Primera línea de playa, piscina comunitaria, terraza, parking y rodeado de chiringuitos, supermercado, gasolinera, transporte público y lo mejor: a pocos metros de la playa. Fácil acceso desde la autopista, 36 km del aeropuerto de Málaga, 2 km de Cabo Pino y su precioso puerto con bares y restaurantes, 10 km del parque acuático Aquamijas, 16 km de Marbella y 90 km de Gibraltar. Bonito lugar para disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajadas junto al mar.
Lubina del Sol ofrece 2 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con 2 camas individuales. Hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Ofrece aire acondicionado en ambos dormitorios y también hay un ventilador. 2 cuartos de baño con ducha y una cocina equipada con lavadora, cafetera, microondas, hervidor de agua, etc. También hay WiFi gratuito. El televisor es un Smart TV. La bonita terraza ofrece vistas al mar y está orientada al suroeste. La piscina está abierta todo el año y dispones de tumbonas y sombrillas que puedes utilizar en la zona del jardín/piscina. La profundidad de la piscina va de 0m a 2,60m. Desde las zonas comunes exteriores hay un acceso directo a la playa. El apartamento ofrece una plaza de aparcamiento gratuita. La cancha de tenis también está disponible, de forma gratuita y puede usarla cuando lo desee. En temporada alta, es posible que deba registrar su nombre y hora en la puerta cuando quiera usarla.
