3 guests apartment in a local and quiet area of Malaga close to the beach and train station. Shared rooftop terrace.Welcome to our 3 guests apartment Montesa! You will be on a 1st floor in a 2 floors building with a shared rooftop terrace with parasol, chairs and tables. You will have street view with a park in front in this quiet area of Malaga. There is only one apartment per floor which means that the terrace is only shared with another apartment and there is no elevator. It is equipped with Smart TV, wash machine, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle and air condition in the living room. The bedroom has a double bed with a fan and there is a single sofa bed in the living room. Hot water is provided with solar panels. 300mb WiFi is offered for free.In the surroundings: Gym with heated pool 8 min walk (600 meters) and a supermarket 4 min walk (280 meters).
Montesa is located in a local area of Malaga, 700m from Huelin Beach and 500m from Malagas main train station. It is a quiet area but all the way down to the beach you have restaurants, bars, the Huelin park and also the port is you walk a bit more. As soon as you reach the river (800m away) the city center starts and you will then have from this point, +1000m to Malaga Cathedral, +600m to Mercado de Atarazana (highly recommended) +850m to Calle Larios, the main shopping street and +1,3km to the Picasso Museum. Close to the apartment several buses also bring you to the city center. Should you have time for more, you can take the direct train from the main train station Maria Zambrano to Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Plaza Mayor (Malagas biggest shopping center) etc. It leaves every 20 min until more or less 11pm. Parking options are close to the apartment and the price is normally 18 to 25 euros per day. Don´t forget to try the restaurants on the beach where you can also rent beach loungers. Note:
Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21.00, you will have to pay a supplement of 30 euros from 9pm to 11 pm and 50 euros onwards.
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga) for Check-in is done in our office.Please do not forget to come earlier as all guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit of 150 euros will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)

Ofrece terraza compartida en la azotea.¡Bienvenidos a nuestro apartamento de 3 huéspedes Montesa! Estarás en el primer piso de un edificio de dos pisos con una terraza compartida en la azotea con sombrilla, sillas y mesas. Tendrás vista a la calle con un parque enfrente en esta tranquila zona de Málaga. Solo hay un apartamento por piso por lo que la azotea solo se comparte con un apartamento más y no hay ascensor. Está equipado con Smart TV, lavadora, nevera, microondas, horno, cafetera, tetera y aire acondicionado en el salón. El dormitorio tiene una cama doble con ventilador y hay un sofá cama individual en la sala de estar. El agua caliente se proporciona con paneles solares. Se ofrece WiFi de 300 MB de forma gratuita.En los alrededores: Gimnasio con piscina climatizada a 8 min andando (600 mts) y un supermercado a 4 min andando (280 mts). Montesa se encuentra en una zona local de Málaga, a 700 m de la playa de Huelin y a 500 m de la estación central de trenes de Málaga. Es una zona tranquila pero todo el camino hasta la playa tienes restaurantes, bares, el parque de Huelin y también el puerto si caminas un poco más. Nada más llegar al río (a 800 m) comienza el centro de la ciudad y desde este punto tendrás +1000 m hasta la Catedral de Málaga, +600 m hasta el Mercado de Atarazana (muy recomendable) +850 m hasta Calle Larios, la calle comercial principal y +1,3km al Museo Picasso. Cerca del apartamento varios autobuses también te llevan al centro de la ciudad. Si tienes tiempo para más, puedes coger el tren directo desde la estación principal de trenes María Zambrano a Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Plaza Mayor (el centro comercial más grande de Málaga), etc. Sale cada 20 minutos hasta más o menos las 11 p.m. Hay varias opciones de parking de pago muy cerca del apartamento. El precio normalmente oscila entre los 18 y 25 euros por día. No olvide de probar los chiringuitos de la playa de Huelin, donde también puede alquilar hamacas.A tener en cuenta:La cuna tiene un coste adicional de 5 € / díaKit de bebé (cuna, baño + silla alta) cuesta 10 € / día.El horario de entrada es de las 15:00 a 21:00. Si desea inscribirse después de las 21.00 horas.
Para entradas más tarde de las 21 horas, ofrecemos dos opciones: .1- Recoger las llaves en la oficina sin coste,2- encontrarnos en el apartamento reservado. Este último servicio tiene un cargo extra de 50 EUR pagaderos a la llegada.Por favor, avísanos con antelación para poder organizarnos.Puede dejar el equipaje en nuestra oficina de la Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).Todos los huéspedes mayores de 16 años tendrán que firmar el registro policial.Por favor, no olvide que le pediremos una fianza reembolsable a su llegada.
