It has private pool and capacity up to 12 peopleNuestra casa vacacional se encuentra en Alhaurin De la Torre, a pocos metros de su centro urbano y a escasos kilómetros del mar y paseo marítimo de Guadalmar (Torremolinos).El centro comercial Plaza Mayor y Aeropuerto Pablo Ruiz Picasso están a tan solo 9 kilómetros. Si desea pasar un día en Málaga, puede dejar el coche en el centro comercial y coger el tren de cercanías que le dejará en el centro de la ciudad.La parcela tiene 500 m2 y dispone de piscina privada, porche y jardín. Las piscina tiene 2 niveles. La profundidad mínima es de 0,900m y la máxima 1,60m, con ancho aprox. 4m y largo de 9mLa casa tiene capacidad de hasta 12 personas y dispone de cuatro dormitorios: 2 dormitorios con cama doble, 2 dormitorios con dos camas individuales + cama supletoria y 1 sofá cama doble en el salón.El salón comedor dispone de chimenea, ideal para pasar unos días en invierno y tiene acceso directo al porche.La cocina se encuentra completamente equipada y dispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios: nevera, horno, lavavajillas, microondas, lavadora.. y por supuesto también cuenta con tostadora, hervidor y cafetera italiana.Wifi está disponible totalmente gratuito.No hay aire acondicionado. Plaza Mayor shopping center and Pablo Ruiz Picasso Airport are just 9 kilometers away. If you wish to enjoy Malagacity, it is quite easy: leave the car in the shopping center and take the train. It pass every 20 min until midnight.The plot has 500 m2 and has a private pool, porch and garden. The pool has 2 levels: low level: 0,900m. High level: 1,60m.
