The apartment is located on the ground floor that is at the level of the 1st floor, as there are some steps to access the street to the building and some more steps after entering the building to the door of the apartment.When it enters the apartment, a wide, luminous hall area with a secretary, connects the living room, the dining zone and the kitchen. It is a large and open space with a very comfortable leisure zone with TV with international channels and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a fully equipped dining area and kitchen. It also has a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy an outdoor meal or simply relax. The kitchen is equipped with plate and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer.
On the other side of the house, there is the area of the rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed (160x200) and has a private bathroom with shower. The other room has two individual beds (90x200), side by side. There is another full shower with a shower that supports this room.
There is still extendal, board and iron, hair dryer.
Bedding, towels, dishes and cutlery included.
The whole house has double glass, air conditioning and electric blinds, and the internet connection is fiber.
The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very calm and friendly, there are cafes, restaurants, supermarket within 500 meters. Cascais's historic center is 1km, about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Parking in the area is public and free.House rules:

• Pets are not allowed;
• The house is not prepared for people with disabilities or disabilities;
• Noise is not allowed in the house after 22:00;
• Remove trash and turn off the lights and equipment when not in use.

O apartamento situa-se no piso térreo que fica ao nível do 1º andar, pois existem alguns degraus para aceder da rua para o prédio e mais alguns degraus depois de entrar no edifício até à porta do apartamento.Quando entra no apartamento, uma larga e luminosa área de hall com uma secretária, liga a sala de estar, a zona de refeições e a cozinha. É um espaço amplo e aberto, com uma zona de lazer muito confortável com Tv com canais internacionais e um sofá-cama que pode acomodar dois hóspedes adicionais, uma área de refeições e uma cozinha totalmente equipada. Tem ainda uma varanda com mobiliário exterior para desfrutar de uma refeição ao ar livre ou simplesmente relaxar. A cozinha está equipada com placa e forno, micro-ondas, frigorífico com congelador, máquina de lavar louça, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de café, chaleira eléctrica, torradeira, misturadora.
No outro lado da casa, tem a área dos quartos. Um dos quartos tem cama de casal (160x200) e tem casa de banho privativa en suite com chuveiro. O outro quarto dispõe de duas camas individuais (90x200), lado a lado. Existe outra casa de banho completa com chuveiro que dá apoio a este quarto.
Existe ainda estendal, tábua e ferro de engomar, secador de cabelo.
