El alojamiento consta de una gran estancia principal, muy amplia y diáfana, con aire acondicionado, presidida por dos ventanales orientados a la calle, y que alberga la sala de estar-comedor y una cocina integrada y abierta, completamente equipada. La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá chaise-long amplio y confortable, frente a una smart TV de 50''.
Por otro lado, un pasillo conecta la puerta de acceso a la vivienda con la estancia principal, en el que se ubican el cuarto de baño y el dormitorio, con cama de matrimonio grande, aire acondicionado y una ventana orientada hacia el patio interior del edificio.

La ubicación del alojamiento en el centro de Santa Cruz es inmejorable, en pleno centro neurálgico de la actividad capitalina. Es una zona repleta de comercios de todo tipo, así como toda la oferta gastronómica, cultural y de ocio que ofrece Santa Cruz, donde los huéspedes encontrarán a pocos metros cualquier cosa que puedan necesitar durante su estancia. Sin embargo, a pesar de su céntrica ubicación, la calle en la que se encuentra es muy tranquila, sobre todo durante la noche. Alojarse en este lugar le proporcionará la auténtica experiencia del estilo de vida urbano de la capital de la isla.
Muy cerca del alojamiento se encuentra la Calle Castillo, arteria comercial peatonal de la capital. En dirección al mar, encontraremos la Plaza de España y la avenida de Anaga, a apenas 5 minutos, donde nos encontraremos con el mar y uno de los espacios más diáfanos y agradables del ciudad. Si optamos por subir en dirección opuesta llegaremos a la plaza Weyler, una agradable zona en la que tomar un café o un aperitivo, y desde la que tenemos a apenas 5 minutos el pulmón de Santa Cruz, el exuberante parque García Sanabria y la Rambla, un agradable paseo arbolado. Muy cerca, también, encontramos la plaza de El Príncipe, construcción del siglo XIX y zona de encuentro de locales para tomar cervezas o vinos. Por último, también se encuentra cerca el barrio de la Concepción y su calle de la Noria, la cara más histórica de la ciudad, con sus bajas casitas de colores y su ambiente nocturno.
En lo que respecta al ocio y la cultura destacar puntos estratégicos como las Plazas del Príncipe, el Chicharro, Weyler y España, puntos de acceso para las festividades de temporada como el famoso Carnaval, conciertos de Navidad, etc. y el Parque García Sanabria para disfrutar de uno de los pulmones de la ciudad. En el apartado cultural encontramos en las inmediaciones la biblioteca pública y salón de exposiciones TEA, el Museo de Naturaleza y Arqueología, el Auditorio, el Teatro Guimerá, varias iglesias emblemáticas, el Palmetum o el parque Marítimo. Prácticamente todo está a un máximo de 15 minutos a pie y nuestro consejo es que lo aproveches. Si quieres visitar La Laguna, puedes utilizar el autobús o el tranvía (muy cercano también al piso). Si decides alquilar coche para visitar el resto de la isla podrás buscar aparcamiento en las calles aledañas sin preocupación porque en Canarias ¡no tenemos parquímetros! y, si no encuentras, existen varios aparcamientos de pago como son el Parking Ramon y Cajal, Parking Weyler y el Parking Centro Comercial Nuestra Señora de África. À moins de 5 minutes à pied de l'hébergement se trouve El Teatro Guimerá, qui est le plus ancien théâtre des îles Canaries, ouvert en 1851. C'est actuellement l'un des centres névralgiques de la vie culturelle de la capitale de l'île, avec un vaste programme théâtral et musical pendant presque toute l'année. Parmi ses événements fixes, une partie du Festival de musique des îles Canaries et certains actes du carnaval de Santa Cruz de Tenerife se distinguent. Tout près aussi, nous trouvons la Plaza de El Príncipe, un bâtiment du XIXe siècle et un lieu de rencontre pour les habitants pour boire des bières ou des vins.
