Ca Cedó is a big townhouse where you have plenty of space and silence. From the main bedroom you have a balcony overlooking the main square of the village. During the summer you can keep it open so the warm local breeze (garbinada) reaches your bed.
You'll have full access to the first two floors of the house. A wine tasting space in the cellar is available upon request (a deposit applies, not available with children). There is a small terrace in the back of the house.
You'll be welcomed to "Ca Cedó" and we'll make everything on our hands to make you feel like home. We really love to show people this beautiful paradise. I'll be available to help you anytime!La Serra d'Almos is a little paradise just 1h 30 min away from Barcelona and 30 min away from the beach. Most people work in agriculture (grapes, olives, almonds, cherries...). They are friendly and they'll welcome you! You can choose to trek through Serra de Llaberia mountains with a wonderful landscape, visit many sights nearby (Iberian ruins, wine cellars, castles, natural parks, beaches...), make a boat trip in Ebre river, climbing, bird-watching, Michelin star dinning... Or maybe just relax in the house. Everything is up to you! I'm always available to help you design an unique experience catered to you interests.
\There isn't much public transportation available in the area. However there is a train station 9 km away and we can arrange a taxi for you if you request it ahead of time.IMPORTANT: We believe that the listing price should include all the supplies and that's what we have been doing from the beginning of this beautiful adventure. Nonetheless, we've found out that a few guests have been have consumed a great deal of electricity (we've got +1000€ bills) doing things like keeping the windows opened while using a/c in the summer or setting the heater at 30 ºC during the winter while keeping the electrical radiators on. We understand everybody have different necessities and habits and of course we don't want anybody to feel uncomfortable about temperature. However we don't want to transfer these expenses to guests nor putting at risk the continuity of the business, specially in these difficult times. We hope to see you soon! View more View less Ca Cedó es una gran casa tradicional donde hay espacio, silencio y tranquilidad.
Desde el dormitorio principal hay un balcón desde el cual se ve la Plaza Mayor. En verano se puede dejar abierto para que la "garbinada" que sopla por las tardes llegue hasta la misma cama.
El acceso es total a las dos primeras plantas. Hay un espacio de cata de vinos en la bodega que está disponible si se reserva con antelación (se requiere el abono de un depósito que se devolverá al finalizar la estancia, no está permitido el acceso si hay niños).IMPORTANTE: Creemos que el precio de lista debe incluir todos los suministros y eso es lo que hemos estado haciendo desde el comienzo de esta hermosa aventura. No obstante, hemos descubierto que algunos huéspedes han gastado mucha electricidad (facturas de +1000€) haciendo cosas como mantener las ventanas abiertas mientras usaban el aire acondicionado en verano, o poner la calefacción a 30 ºC durante el invierno mientras mantienen los radiadores eléctricos encendidos. Entendemos que todo el mundo tiene necesidades diferentes y, por supuesto, no queremos que nadie sienta frío / calor. Sin embargo, no queremos trasladar estos gastos a los huésped ni poner en riesgo la continuidad del negocio, especialmente en estos tiempos difíciles. Como consecuencia, desde el 01/03/2021 hemos decidido seguir pagando los suministros pero obligar a los huéspedes a pagar el exceso de consumo de electricidad por encima de un límite razonablemente alto. Al reservar con nosotros, acepta pagar la electricidad que exceda un consumo superior a una media de 40 kWh / día. El exceso lo pagará el huésped a precio de mercado (PVPC) de forma mensual y el último día de la estancia. Este límite se ha establecido lo suficientemente alto para que la gran mayoría de los huéspedes no se vean afectados y no tengan que preocuparse en absoluto por sus hábitos. Sin embargo, como la mayoría de las casas de vacaciones en la zona, nos hemos visto obligados a introducir este límite para garantizar la continuidad del negocio, así como por ecología y consideración para la gran mayoría de los huéspedes. Somos viajeros experimentados de Airbnb e intentamos comportarnos como si estuviéramos en casa cuando estamos en el extranjero. Te estamos muy agradecidos por comportarte de la misma forma.
