Ideal for 6 guests, this lovely apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Denia and near the beach of Almadrava. The residential area features a communal, 16 m x 9 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 1.8 m, a children's pool with a depth of 0.6 m, exterior showers and a shared garden. Both, children's and adult's pool, are open from June to September. If you are into sports, you will have access a paddle-court (please bring your own racquets and balls). The apartment has a private, 14 m2 terrace, where you can start your day with a large breakfast. The accommodation is composed of a coquettish sitting-dining area with A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob and a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. Regarding the bedrooms, there is one double bedroom with bathroom en-suite with bath tub and another with a trundle bed, both with A/C and wardrobes. If you travel with a baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair. Additionally, there is a bath with bath tub and bidet. The gravel beach of Almadrava is quiet and nice for practising water sports. A walk to the natural area Reserva Marina de Cabo de San Antonio leads past the coast. The city of Denia has everything you may need for your self-catering holidays, like supermarkets and restaurants. The Municipal Market takes place from 07:00h to 14:00h, from Monday to Saturday and there you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and knick knacks. In the Lonja De Pescado you can observe the homecoming fishing boats, every day from 15:30h to 17:00h. Afterwards, the fisherman offer fresh sea food and fish in the market hall. But Denia not only has fresh food and beaches, but also interesting monuments like the Castle of Denia and the nearby natural park Montgó, where you will be able to hike and cycle. Für alle, die sich selbst im Urlaub fit halten möchten, steht ein Paddle-Platz zur Verfügung (bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Schläger und Bälle mit). Die Wohnung bietet eine private, 14 m2 große Terrasse, wo Sie entspannt in den Tag starten können. Das Apartment besteht aus einem koketten Wohn-Esszimmer mit Klimaanlage, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Cerankochfeld und einer Waschkammer mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Ein Doppelbettschlafzimmer mit Bad en-suite mit Badewanne und zwei Schlafräume mit je einem Einzelbett und einem ausziehbarem Bett machen die Wohnung ideal für sechs Gäste. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage und Kleiderschränke. Bei Bedarf können gerne ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zugestellt werden. Neben dem Bad en-suite finden Sie noch ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Bidet und Badewanne im Objekt. Der Kieselstrand Almadrava wird besonders für die Ruhe geschätzt. Außerdem kann man hier Wassersportarten ausüben. Die Gegend eignet sich für lange Spaziergänge an der Küste entlang, z.B. bis zum Naturschutzgebiet Reserva Marina de Cabo de San Antonio. In Denia finden Sie alles Notwendige, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. In der Stadt wird von Montag bis Samstag (07:00h - 14:00h) ein Markt abgehalten, wo man frisches Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch und allerlei Krimskrams kaufen kann. In der Markthalle Lonja Del Pescado werden täglich fangfrischer Fisch und Meeresfrüchte angeboten. Von 15:30h bis 17:00h kann man die Fischer bei der Heimkehr beobachten. En la ciudad de Denia encontrarán todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones independientes, tal como supermercados y restaurantes. El Mercado Municipal, abierto de 07:00h a 14:00h, de lunes a sábado ofrece alimentos frescos, fruta, verdura, carnes y mucho más.
