The house is located in the countryside but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the village of Sencelles, a charming village in the center of the island. There is a small supermarket, a bank, restaurants and everything you may need for your stay. The car is necessary to get to the beach and to move around the island. We recommend you to visit a "celler", typical Mallorcan restaurants with local food. Wednesdays take place the weekly market in Sineu, the most traditional of the island., with its market stalls, full of fruits, vegetables, clothing, crafts and jewelry. Pets are not allowed. La struttura dispone di bellissime aree esterne con una piscina fuori terra di 6 x 3 m con una profondità di 1,20 m, con 6 lettini, il luogo preferito dei nostri ospiti. Due verande completamente arredate e un barbecue invitano a trascorrere piacevoli serate con la famiglia o gli amici. I bambini apprezzeranno il parco giochi. La trama è recintata e non ci sono vicini diretti. L'alloggio è composto da due edifici a un piano. Nell'edificio principale ci sono tre camere da letto, due con un letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli. Ci sono due bagni, entrambi con doccia, uno dei quali è un bagno en-suite. Per i nostri ospiti più piccoli mettiamo a disposizione una culla e un seggiolone. Nell'accogliente soggiorno è possibile guardare la TV satellitare o semplicemente rilassarsi sul comodo divano. La cucina separata con piano cottura in vetroceramica è dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare senza problemi. La sala da pranzo si trova nella stessa stanza. La struttura dispone di sei radiatori elettrici. Nel secondo edificio c'è una cucina con una stufa a gas e un bagno con doccia. C'è anche una lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. La casa si trova in campagna, ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal villaggio di Sencelles, un incantevole villaggio nel mezzo dell'isola. Elle a une capacité pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.
La zone extérieure est très jolie, elle a une piscine de chlore suréleveé de 6 x 3 m avec une profondeur de 1,20 m, avec 6 chaises longues, l'endroit préféré de notre hôte pour bronzer. Deux vérandas entièrement meublées et un barbecue vous invitent à passer des soirées agréables avec votre famille ou vos amis. Les enfants apprécieront la cour de récréation. La parcelle est clôturée et il n'y a pas de voisins directs.
La propriété est répartie dans deux bâtiments d'une seule plante. Dans la maison principale, il y a trois chambres, dont deux avec un lit double et une avec deux lits simples. Il y a deux salles de bains, toutes deux avec douche, l'une d'entre elles en suite.
Pour nos plus jeunes, nous préparerons un lit et une chaise haute. Dans le salon confortable, vous pouvez regarder la télévision par satellite ou simplement vous détendre sur un canapé confortable. La cuisine, avec poêle en céramique, est indépendante et dispose de tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner sans problème. La salle à manger se trouve dans la même zone. Six radiateurs électriques complètent l'équipement.
Dans le deuxième bâtiment, il y a une cuisine avec cuisinière à gaz et une salle de bains avec douche. Machine à laver, fer et planche à repasser sont disponibles.
