The exterior area of this lovely beach house is really cosy, mainly because of the great chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 5 metres and with a water depth that ranges from 1.4 to 2.2 metres, ideal for a cool swim after sunbathing on one of the 6 sun loungers or after a long day at the beach. You will also find an exterior shower. There is a furnished area next to the pool with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast or a good meal cooked on the gas barbecue. The glass terrace is perfect to have a great evening.From the terrace you access the house where you will find the kitchen equipped with a gas stovetop, oven, a table with chairs and much more. Then you enter the living - dining room where you can relax while watching the TV-Sat or chat while cooling down with the AC. There are three bedrooms with a double bed, a closet and a fan each but one with AC and an en-suite shower bathroom. There is a second bathroom with a tub for the rest of the house. A baby cot and high chair also are available. The washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are located on the terrace.Badia Blava is a quiet coastal urbanization, a fantastic residential area for those who love the sea and the beach. The nearest sandy beach is the one in s'Arenal although the sea, its impressive cliffs and crystalline waters are just a short walk away from the house. Cala Blava is also a small beautiful cove near the house and worth a visit. From the house you will have an easy access to all the Bay of Palma and all its never-ending services. L'area esterna di questa graziosa casa al mare è davvero accogliente, soprattutto grazie alla grande piscina con cloro che misura 12 x 5 metri e con una profondità d'acqua che varia da 1,4 a 2,2 metri, ideale per una nuotata fresca dopo aver preso il sole su uno dei 6 lettini o dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia. È presente anche una doccia esterna. Accanto alla piscina c'è un'area arredata con tavolo e sedie dove potrete gustare la vostra colazione o un buon pasto cucinato sul barbecue a gas. La terrazza a vetri è perfetta per trascorrere una bella serata.Dalla terrazza si accede alla casa dove si trova la cucina attrezzata con piano cottura a gas, forno, tavolo con sedie e molto altro. Si entra poi nel soggiorno-sala da pranzo dove ci si può rilassare guardando la TV-Sat o chiacchierare rinfrescandosi con l'aria condizionata. Ci sono tre camere da letto con letto matrimoniale, armadio e ventilatore, di cui una con aria condizionata e bagno con doccia. Per il resto della casa c'è un secondo bagno con vasca. Sono disponibili anche una culla e un seggiolone. La lavatrice, l'asciugatrice, il ferro e l'asse da stiro si trovano sulla terrazza.Badia Blava è una tranquilla urbanizzazione costiera, una zona residenziale fantastica per chi ama il mare e la spiaggia. La spiaggia sabbiosa più vicina è quella di s'Arenal, ma il mare, le sue imponenti scogliere e le acque cristalline sono a pochi passi dalla casa. Anche Cala Blava è una piccola e bellissima insenatura vicino alla casa e merita una visita. Dalla casa avrete un facile accesso a tutta la baia di Palma e a tutti i suoi infiniti servizi. La zona exterior de esta encantadora casa de playa es realmente acogedora, principalmente por la gran piscina de cloro que mide 12 x 5 metros y con una profundidad de agua que oscila entre 1,4 y 2,2 metros, ideal para darse un baño fresco después de tomar el sol en una de las 6 tumbonas o después de un largo día en la playa. También encontrará una ducha exterior. Junto a la piscina hay una zona amueblada con mesa y sillas donde podrá disfrutar de su desayuno o de una buena comida cocinada en la barbacoa de gas. La terraza acristalada es perfecta para pasar una buena velada.Desde la terraza se accede a la casa donde se encuentra la cocina equipada con cocina de gas, horno, una mesa con sillas y mucho más. A continuación se accede al salón - comedor donde podrá relajarse viendo la TV-Sat o charlar mientras se refresca con el aire acondicionado. Hay tres dormitorios con una cama doble, un armario y un ventilador cada uno, pero uno con aire acondicionado y un cuarto de baño con ducha. Hay un segundo cuarto de baño con bañera para el resto de la casa. Una cuna y una trona también están disponibles. La lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar se encuentran en la terraza.Badia Blava es una tranquila urbanización costera, una fantástica zona residencial para los amantes del mar y la playa. L'espace extérieur de cette charmante maison de plage est vraiment agréable, principalement en raison de la grande piscine au chlore de 12 x 5 mètres avec une profondeur d'eau allant de 1,4 à 2,2 mètres, idéale pour une baignade rafraîchissante après avoir pris un bain de soleil sur l'une des 6 chaises longues ou après une longue journée à la plage. Vous trouverez également une douche extérieure. Près de la piscine, un espace meublé avec une table et des chaises vous permettra de prendre votre petit-déjeuner ou de déguster un bon repas préparé sur le barbecue à gaz. La terrasse vitrée est parfaite pour passer une bonne soirée.Depuis la terrasse, vous accédez à la maison où vous trouverez la cuisine équipée d'une cuisinière à gaz, d'un four, d'une table avec des chaises et bien d'autres choses encore. Vous entrez ensuite dans le salon et la salle à manger où vous pouvez vous détendre en regardant la télévision par satellite ou discuter tout en vous rafraîchissant avec l'air conditionné. De buitenruimte van dit mooie strandhuis is echt gezellig, vooral vanwege het geweldige chloorzwembad van 12 x 5 meter en met een waterdiepte die varieert van 1,4 tot 2,2 meter, ideaal voor een koele duik na het zonnebaden op een van de 6 ligstoelen of na een lange dag op het strand. U vindt er ook een buitendouche. Er is een gemeubileerde ruimte naast het zwembad met een tafel en stoelen waar u kunt genieten van uw ontbijt of een goede maaltijd bereid op de gasbarbecue. Het glazen terras is perfect voor een gezellige avond.Vanaf het terras komt u in het huis waar u de keuken vindt met een gasfornuis, een oven, een tafel met stoelen en nog veel meer. Vervolgens komt u in de woon - eetkamer waar u kunt ontspannen terwijl u naar de TV-Sat kijkt of een praatje maakt terwijl u afkoelt met de AC. Cala Blava is ook een kleine prachtige baai in de buurt van het huis en een bezoek waard. Vanuit het huis heeft u een gemakkelijke toegang tot de baai van Palma en al haar eindeloze diensten.
